Notice of Reservation Deposit Adjustment Effective immediately, the reservation deposits have been adjusted as follows (existing reservations remain unaffected):

• SINGLE ROOM​ & Boutique Business Guest Suite: NT$20,000

• Deluxe Double Suite, Luxury Family Suite & Royal Family Suite : NT$30,000

Cancellation Policy Cancellations are calculated based on the check-in date:

• Within 8 days of check-in: Non-refundable.

• 8 days prior to check-in: A refund of NT$5,000 will be issued.

• 15 days prior to check-in: A 50% refund will be issued.

Please note: Any modification of the reservation dates will be treated as a cancellation.

Force Majeure & Flight Cancellations In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure or flight cancellations, guests may provide official documentation to receive a full refund free of charge, or request to change their reservation dates.
