- Rental price includes, cable. Room mainte nance will be provided four times per month (once per week).No service fee charged.

- One year lease requires two-month rent as deposit. Six months lease requires one-month rent as deposit.
- Electricity fee and gas fee will be billed every two months for long-term lease. For short-term lease, electricity fee will be NT$5/degree,gas fee wii be NT$30/degree and wii be billed at check out.
